I would give these guys more than 5 stars if available. Contacted Jonathan after business hours on Easter weekend and Zach called and arrived first thing the next morning. Our system is 25+ years old and stopped blowing cold air. Zach was able to detect the problem very quickly and got us up and running in time before a house full of guests would arrive. Price was also very reasonable for the service when most companies would have just tried to sell us a new system. We will for sure use these guys when we are ready to purchase our new system.
John and Mike were amazing. I own a laundromat and of course, during the heatwave, our less than 3 year HVAC system went down on a Friday morning, prior to the weekend. John came down the same day and identified the problem, ordered the part. What I love is that they take photos, since our unit is 30 ft in the air on the roof, so I can't see the condition of the unit. They scheduled to come back on Tuesday, first thing, to repair. While we (and our customers) suffered over the weekend, I called first thing on Monday to confirm Tuesday morning. Mike answered, said he was tracking the part and said if it came before 3pm, he would come and repair the same day. To my surprise, on 2:30pm on Monday, Mike called and said the repaired and we had AC. Hallelujah! Highly recommend!
They did an excellent job of inspection our 3 systems and installing one new system. We will also use them to install another system later this summer. They are highly skilled and Honest!!!
I found these guys by luck. l already had a pre-scheduled appointment with another hvac company. I saw one of Elite's trucks at a traffic light and felt compelled to take their number. As it turns out, that was a wise decision. The firm I had arrangements with never showed up and didn't return my calls. I called Elite and spoke with Mike. We scheduled an appointment which happened Friday. Zach arrived on-time and in no time discovered the issue and corrected it. He then took the time to review what he did. There is more I could say, but the point is my experience with Mike and Zach was top level. I work with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) contractors everyday in the disaster recovery work I do. There are few who get it all right. These guys are worth your time and money.
My A/C went out and Mike came early the next morning (Saturday). He was honest and efficient. No bs sales pitch stuff, just wanted to get us up and running. He worked within my budget and we are good to go!
